About Matthew Purvis

Named one of Oregon’s top 20 rising business leaders by Oregon Business Magazine in 2001, Matt Purvis is passionate about sales management, business strategy, leadership development, and branding.

Matt has wide-ranging management experience. As CEO of Burley Design Cooperative, Matt developed innovative planning tools and marketing and sales strategies for the award-winning, Eugene, Oregon-based bicycle products manufacturer.

Prior to joining Burley, Matt worked in radio advertising sales, political campaign management, as a bicycle messenger, and as a partner in one of Chicago’s largest bicycle retailers.

Matt received his BS in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the University of Oregon.
